HOT or NOT? Coats for winter

Heyy common people! In today's HOT or NOT post we'll chit-chat about the -not so famous- coats in winter trend.

Scrolling through instagram I realized many fashion bloggers, gurus, fashion magazines were featuring coats as a new winter trend.

Scarfs, leggings or culottes and sweaters are often paired with coats to create a simple yet chic look. I've always loved coats and wear them quite frequently, but I never thought they would be so "in" right now... after crop tops, cropped sweaters, cropped EVERYTHING, mom jeans and sneakers of all kinds were taking social media as "queen trends" coats kind of take a different direction.

HOT or NOT?

In my common opinion, they are quite comfy and elegant, but can also be more casual when paired with leggings or other common wardrobe pieces. When I think of this trend, I like to recommend it because I find the variety of styles, patterns, shapes and the way you want to wear them give you lots of space to be creative and make this trend Y O U R O W N !
